These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and jilliko ("jilliko," "we," "us," or "our"), governing your access to and use of the jilliko online casino platform, website, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager on jilliko, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jilliko Platform.

To register and use the jilliko Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jilliko or by any regulatory authority.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

jilliko reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend or terminate your account if you fail to meet or maintain these requirements.

To access real-money games on jilliko, you must register a player account. The following conditions apply to account registration and maintenance:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one jilliko account. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or email address, and any other information requested. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.
• Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jilliko login credentials. • Account Currency: All jilliko accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.

jilliko supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to Philippine bank accounts are also accepted.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Withdrawal Processing: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to completion of KYC verification. jilliko aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes published on the Platform, which may vary by payment method.
• Matching Requirement: Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as part of jilliko's anti-money laundering controls.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Any currency conversion fees charged by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• Prohibited Funding Sources: You must not fund your jilliko account using any payment method that does not belong to you, or using any prohibited payment method. Cryptocurrency deposits and credit card gambling deposits are not accepted on jilliko in compliance with Philippine regulations.

jilliko reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal pending satisfactory completion of identity verification, fraud checks, or investigation of suspected irregular activity.

jilliko offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless specific promotion terms state otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be met before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. jilliko reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• jilliko reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or other fraudulent means — will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in account suspension.
• Bonuses have expiry dates. Unused bonus funds will be removed from your account upon expiry.

All games available on the jilliko Platform are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generators: All jilliko casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) that have been independently tested and audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, jilliko's records shall be the definitive source of truth for determining the outcome. jilliko is not liable for losses resulting from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.
• Void Bets: jilliko reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, or in circumstances where the integrity of the game has been compromised.
• Collusion & Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or other cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jilliko Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise compromise the security or integrity of the Platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jilliko staff or other players.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or glitches in the Platform for financial gain.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited.

All content on the jilliko Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game software, audio, video, and user interface elements, is the property of jilliko or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the jilliko Platform without prior written consent from jilliko.

jilliko collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the jilliko Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

jilliko complies with applicable Philippine data protection laws, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. It may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, and identity verification providers as required for the lawful operation of the Platform.

jilliko is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The following tools are available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your jilliko account.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of your gaming sessions.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent suspension of your jilliko account at any time.

jilliko reserves the right to impose responsible gaming measures on any account where there are reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, including mandatory cooling-off periods or account suspension.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, jilliko, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.

jilliko's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jilliko account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude jilliko's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

jilliko reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy or maintain eligibility requirements.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• At your own request, including for responsible gaming purposes.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Upon termination, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any bonus funds and pending investigation of any suspected breach) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable withdrawal conditions.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jilliko Platform shall first be submitted to jilliko's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or competent courts of the Philippines.

jilliko operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR. Players who believe their complaint has not been adequately addressed by jilliko may escalate the matter to PAGCOR in accordance with its published complaint procedures.

jilliko reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jilliko will notify registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the jilliko Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting jilliko customer support.
